For the 20th edition of the Porquerolles’ Classic, from 8 to 11 June, the Yacht Club de Porquerolles invited the 12 mJI Class. An opportunity to get acquainted with the body of water of their 2024 World Championship. The chance also to discover the beauty of the landscape, the idyllic conditions of navigation and the hosting quality. Six boats responded positively to the invitation and put on a great show on the water.
All generations were represented with: La Spina, IKRA, FRANCE, South Australia, Kiwi Magic and French Kiss.
The Yacht Club de Porquerolles, Club Allié of the Yacht Club de France, is very involved in the 55th Coupe de France, notably by organizing two events of Act 2 in June 2024.
These were the first regattas for South Australia since her arrival in France and the first 12 mJI races for her young helmswoman Paola AMAR.

At the same time, the American and Baltic Sea fleets met for the New York Yacht Club Annual Regatta and the Robbe & Berking Sterling Cup respectively.
